Once they are through with it, they pend the documents to the Sr. Proof Readers available on floor for the first level of checking. The Sr. Proof Readers clears the blanks and doubts of the medical transcriptionists and pend the documents to the next level of quality. Here the Quality guys chip in and go through the complete document and check for any grave errors (if any) and send the final output to the admins who uploads the file into the FTP.
