IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top IT talent, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling technical positions. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various technical roles within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and credentials to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter, preferably in a consulting or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
  • Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) is a plus.
